Brief introduction to investment business: Direct investment business mainly concerns fast-growing private enterprises and domestic and overseas enterprises which have demand for cross-border investments. We focus on the six areas such as energy, energy conservation and environmental protection, rare mining, massive health, education & culture & media as well as Internet. Except that Internet involves the Angel Investment, other investments mainly focus on PE Investment, VC Investment and Pre-IPO Investment.

Brief introduction to fund business: As the initiator, Beijing Joseph has established the following funds on its own or jointly with government or famous enterprises: special equity fund, general private equity fund, and private-equity and buy-out fund. All these funds mentioned above include the whole period of time from designing, fund-raising, investment, management and exit. At present, there are five funds, including special fund, Angel investment fund, buyout fund, parallel fund of RMB and dollar as well as Fund of Funds. All of the funds are established by Joseph itself or jointly with others and there're 50 billion RMB in the fund pool.
